COGS Workshop: Dealing with the Winter Blues
February 7, 2020, 12:30-2:00 pm in Chittenden Hall, Room 110
We have survived the winter so far and are approaching the time when even people who grew up in Michigan wonder why they live here. The skies are grey for weeks at a time and we often feel trapped inside of our homes or cubicles or labs. Come huddle together with other graduate students as we talk about practical strategies to manage our mood and energy during this challenging time.
Join us for practical tips and engaging discussions! Workshop is facilitated by Meg Akehi & Olivia Scott from MSU Counseling and Psychiatry Services (CAPS). Lunch will be provided. RSVP is appreciated: https://bit.ly/356GgAb
