Join University Health and Well-Being for Fresh Check Day on Tuesday, Oct. 13, from noon to 4 p.m. in People’s Park behind the International Center (rain location: Multicultural Center) to engage in meaningful conversations about mental health, suicide prevention, and help-seeking. Through engaging activities and connections, students can learn about available resources, strengthen their support networks, and gain tools to care for themselves and others.
