Reporting violations of university guidance around COVID-19 measures

If you observe a violation of university guidance around COVID-19 measures (such as having too many students in the lab at the same time), please talk to your PI/Supervisor or graduate program director.  If you don’t feel comfortable doing that, there are options available for reporting.

  MSU has implemented a telephone and web reporting Hotline to help maintain adherence to ethical practices. The purpose of the Hotline is to provide an anonymous method to report known or suspected misconduct.

  This office offers a space to collect concerns confidentially and address it from a systemic perspective where possible and a touchpoint for individuals to reconnect with later on as well if retaliation becomes a concern.

  We provide a listening ear and advice to foster students’ growth and well-being throughout their education.
