Potter Park Zoo Tour with COGS Potter Park Zoo Tour with COGS

August 9, 2019Bring a friend, bring your family and come out to Lansing’s own Potter Park Zoo with COGS! You’ll meet COGS at the Potter Park Zoo tour gate. Together we’ll enjoy an hour-long program, including encounters with several Animal Ambassadors. After the program, all guests will be able to roam the zoo at their leisure.
COST: $2.00 per person. For MSU Graduate & Professional students, family and friends.

Sponsored by The Graduate SchoolMini Workshops will be presented by Graduate School staff. Topics include setting expectations, wellness, and career planning & student success. Each workshop will be 20 minutes long. Welcome from the Dean: Dean Thomas Jeitschko will welcome students to Michigan State University and provide an introduction to the activities of the Graduate School.
Resource Fair will include student organizations, campus groups and community businesses – all ready to provide you with valuable information!

August 24, 2019The Council of Graduate Students, along with Graduate Student Life and Wellness, will host our annual Fall Welcome cookout on Saturday, August 24th, 12:00pm-3:00pm. Location: Benefactors Plaza (behind Chittenden Hall). Free parking is available in the Grand River Ramp.
FREE Event for MSU Graduate & Professional Students and their families! Food, games & fun activities featuring campus partners, music, dancing, giveaways, prizes, Spartan Spirit and more! Be sure to stop by the MSU Union between 9 am - noon for the Graduate Resource Fair, then come over to Benefactors Plaza for the cookout starting at noon. Bring MSU ID for check-in. Family/guests of grad & professional students are welcome.
