The most consistent part of life is constant change. You may be transitioning into your graduate program, moving to a new state, changing directions in your career, or making a change in your personal life. You may be in a new phase of your program or you may be getting ready to graduate and enter the job market. Transitions are a special kind of stress. Come talk with us about ways to navigate and manage the stress and anxiety that often come with change. Virtual workshop is facilitated by Meg Akehi from MSU Counseling and Psychiatry Services (CAPS).
