CAMPUS-WIDE STUDENT ELECTIONS HAVE BEEN REOPENED – VOTE through 5 pm on April 1oth!
The State News and IMPACT radio tax referenda will reopen at 5:00 p.m. today (Monday, April 9, 2018) and will close at 5:00 p.m. (Tuesday, April 10, 2018).
There are issues that affect graduate and professional students:
1) Impact 89FB Radio – Tax Referendum. This is something the Council of Graduate Students has approved, and it’s now put to the university. This is a vote to renew the same $3 tax we’ve had in the past for the radio station.
2) State News Tax Referendum. The State News wants to increase their tax on each student (including grads) from $5 to $7.50. NOTE: This one only applies to grad/professional students enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
