Given the state of o ur world these days and the toll it’s taken on all of us, there has been a lot of talk about wellness and well-being. Yes, well-being is the found ation for success in life. Yes, we need to take time to invest in our own well-being as we are able. And no, no one wants to go to another zoom me eting. However, getting together with other grad students virtually to ta lk about well-being may be better than nothing at all.
In this worksh op, we’ll discuss principles and skills of well-being and how to apply th em to your life in a way that can make a tangible and significant differen ce. You will come away with concrete resources and a plan for how to impro ve your physical, mental/emotional and social well-being.
