Spartan Housing Cooperative Launches New Home Named “All Nations”

the Spartan Housing Cooperative (SHC) has recently launched its newest home – a 9-unit co-op apartment building called All Nations @ 131 Whitehills, East Lansing, Michigan 48823.  All Nations is designed to be a welcoming environment for refugees, migrants, internationally-born families, students and scholars, and anyone passionate about multinational living – and we are currently looking for residents!

Like our other houses in the SHC (and the SHC itself), All Nations is jointly-owned and democratically-operated: residents decide how to allocate housework, expenses, community events, resolve conflict, and manage all other aspects of community living. As an intentional, multicultural community with a mix of domestically- and internationally-born residents, All Nations is also an excellent environment for newcomers to the US to build meaningful relationships and integrate into the community.
