A Little Flow, Some Breath…A Yoga Workshop with COGS!

COGS invites you to join us for a relaxing yoga and respiration session: “A Little Flow, Some Breath.” Recharge your body and mind alongside fellow graduate & professional students in a guided hour of movement and mindfulness. FREE event. No experience required. Yoga mats provided (or you may bring your own). Wear comfortable clothing for movement. Must register to attend.

*Please bring your MSU ID to check in. *Registered guests of COGS do not need to have active rec sports memberships. Any graduate/professional student registered is welcome to attend! Mention at the entrance of IM Circle that you are attending COGS Yoga workshop.
