COGS Workshop: Managing Your Advisor, Managing Your Writing Time

COGS Graduate Welfare Committee will host this in-person workshop, facilitated by Dr. Lori Skibbe, Professor, Human Development & Family Studies, offering practical information and engaged discussion. Workshop Description: Dr. Skibbe will present ideas for how to structure time with your mentor in order to keep you both on the same page. Following advice from Cathy Mazak’s new book, Making Time to Write, she will also talk about how to center your writing time in order to meet your productivity goals. Participants in this workshop will be directed towards a free workbook that will help them to continue working on these concepts after the workshop.
