This session on GradInfo, GradPlan, GradAudit an d Degree Audit is for Departmental Graduate Secretaries and Graduate Progr am Directors. The session will provide an overview of the four systems, c overing system navigation, data entry, and common problems.
GradInf o is a system for collecting and retrieving information on all graduate pr ograms, and it is used as a primary source of data for Academic Program R eview. Access to GradInfo is granted via college security officers, but access is NOT REQUIRED for attendance.
GradPlan is the web-interactiv e system for Ph.D. students to create, store, and/or view prior Ph.D. De gree Plans and update their post-degree placement information. GradPlan r eplaces the Report of the Guidance Committee and is the path and process f or final degree certification.
GradAudit extends GradPlan functionali ty to include a series of modules related to requirement completion, whic h includes automation of tasks pertaining to Comprehensive Exams, Dissert ation Defense, and various Approvals leading to final degree certificatio n, among others.
Degree Audit is an online degree certification tool to bring the Student Information System (SIS) data, GradPlan Audit miles tones, and Department and College level user inputs together into the Ele ctronic Student Academic Folder (ESAF) to confer Ph.D. Degrees.
