In graduate school, evidence shows students are substantially negatively impacted by stress, self-judgement , and poor sleep habits. Through this workshop, graduate students will ha ve a unique opportunity to learn Koru Mindfulness skills to improve health , reduce stress, and enhance academic performance. KORU Mindfulness is a n evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness , meditation, and stress management to graduate students.
